Your Kinesis Workout
Join us to try out a complimentary Kinesis class. One or two Kinesis sessions a week is recommended as part of a balanced exercise program. Programs are also available for golfers, runners, cyclists (mountain and road), swimmers and skiers. Any sport requiring stability, speed and agility can be enhanced with Kinesis training.
